1. Service Description
WithU is a text-based relationship support tool designed to provide daily prompts and suggested supportive actions. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. By subscribing to WithU text messaging, you agree to receive supportive daily check-ins for one partner and actionable guidance messages for the other. These messages are intended to support relationship well-being and are not therapy or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WithU.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from WithU. WithU provides a text messaging program that delivers relationship check-ins and partner support guidance.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us.
To rejoin the messaging program, you must sign up again through our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Partner Participation

6. Payments
If applicable, payments are billed monthly.
You may cancel at any time.
No guarantees of specific relationship outcomes are made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WithU and Peak Revenue Labs are not liable for:

Emotional or interpersonal disputes
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the service is at your own discretion.
We are not liable for carrier delays, delivery failures, or any loss resulting from messaging services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
